Couple of revisions to the checklists we've all been using:

OPENING PROJECTION CHECKLIST:
Every morning check the event calender here (www.snipurl.com/ttv-houstonevents) to see if we have any SPECIAL EVENTS on that given day. If we do, as early in your shift as possible physically check that we have all necessary discs.
This includes: PRESHOWS, MONTAGE/HOST DISCS (not all events will have these, the quote-a-longs & sing-a-long will ALWAYS have these) and of course the SHOW DISC (which can sometimes be a burned dvd, burned bluray, retail bluray or retail dvd)
If you discover we DO NOT have any of the listed discs, you will inform the manager on duty immediately, who will then get in contact with Lacy to track it down. If we get this done early enough in the day then we will have time to find replacements.

For Theaters 1, 2 & 3 -
Run a PINK NOISE test once a week to ensure all amplifiers and speaker channels are working. If you do not know how to do this ask me, it is very easy.
Theaters 4, 5 & 6 don't currently have this feature, I will figure out a way that we can test this and will post when I come up with something. In the meantime just ensure you are spending a little extra time in your particular theater when doing screen checks and listen to see if all speakers are working correctly.
